By accessing and using the LifeStage website at lifestage.live (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. LifeStage is a digital initiative operated by The Opera Atelier, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Miami, Florida.

2. Description of Service

LifeStage is a virtual platform designed to connect older adults with each other and with the world through the arts, creativity, and shared human experiences. The Site currently provides information about the LifeStage platform and allows visitors to join a waitlist for early access. Additional features and services will be introduced as the platform develops.

3. Waitlist Registration

When you join our waitlist, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including a valid email address. By registering, you consent to receive communications from LifeStage regarding platform updates, launch announcements, and related information. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

4. Intellectual Property

The LifeStage concept, platform, brand, and all associated intellectual property — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and the overall creative vision — are the exclusive property of Jacqueline Solorzano, the creator and intellectual property owner of LifeStage. All rights are reserved and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The Opera Atelier, Inc., a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, serves as the initial operational partner executing the LifeStage pilot program. This operational arrangement does not constitute a transfer, assignment, or license of any intellectual property rights from Jacqueline Solorzano to The Opera Atelier, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission from the intellectual property owner.

5. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the Site
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or individuals associated with LifeStage

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. LifeStage is not a healthcare, therapy, or medical service. The platform is designed for social connection and cultural engagement through the arts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacqueline Solorzano (as intellectual property owner of LifeStage), The Opera Atelier, Inc., and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
