LifeStage is a digital initiative operated by The Opera Atelier, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Miami, Florida.
LifeStage is a virtual platform designed to connect older adults with each other and with the world through the arts, creativity, and shared human experiences. The Site currently provides information about the LifeStage platform and allows visitors to join a waitlist for early access. Additional features and services will be introduced as the platform develops.
When you join our waitlist, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including a valid email address. By registering, you consent to receive communications from LifeStage regarding platform updates, launch announcements, and related information. The LifeStage concept, platform, brand, and all associated intellectual property — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and the overall creative vision — are the exclusive property of Jacqueline Solorzano, the creator and intellectual property owner of LifeStage. All rights are reserved and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
The Opera Atelier, Inc., a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, serves as the initial operational partner executing the LifeStage pilot program. This operational arrangement does not constitute a transfer, assignment, or license of any intellectual property rights from Jacqueline Solorzano to The Opera Atelier, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission from the intellectual property owner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacqueline Solorzano (as intellectual property owner of LifeStage), The Opera Atelier, Inc., and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
